-cover an old chipboard picture frame (the ones that come with school/sports pictures) with paper of choice
-purchase a $0.99 Mousepad Jotter Note Pad by Studio G (available at Paper Cottage)
-cover an office clip
-attach note pad with clip to frame and you are done!!
