Children's Gift Idea...

Looking for a fun project to make with your kids for their classmates??  These pencil holders are simple and practical for all!

How to make:
-cut paper at 3x12
-decorative edge one end of paper and then score at 3 3/4" from edge
-fold on score line
-cut pattern paper piece at 2x6 and glue to inside of paper strip
-cut pattern paper piece at 1 1/2 x 3 and glue on outside flap of paper
-staple flap shut to create pocket
-tie ribbon around flap and add embellishments of choice
-place pencils into pocket
